Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lashed by Lese website and booking platform (the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following:

• Deposits: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled appointment if rescheduled more than 48 hours in advance.
• Cancellations: Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
• Rescheduling: Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time. Please contact us directly for emergencies.
• No-shows: Clients who no-show will forfeit their deposit and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
• Late arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled at our discretion.

Fill appointments are only available within 3 weeks (21 days) of your last lash appointment. If more than 3 weeks have passed since your last appointment, a full set will be required to ensure the best results. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and integrity of your lash extensions.

Payments are processed through Square. By submitting a payment, you authorize us to charge the selected amount (deposit or full payment, plus any optional tip) to your payment method. All prices are listed in USD. Deposits and payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

By opting in to SMS messaging, you agree to receive appointment reminders and service updates from Lashed by Lese. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for support. Message and data rates may apply. We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Our loyalty program rewards repeat clients with points redeemable for discounts. Points have no cash value and may not be transferred. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty program at any time.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client for any reason, including but not limited to disrespectful behavior, no-shows, or repeated late cancellations. We maintain non-destructive status tracking on all client accounts.

You are responsible for providing accurate intake information, including allergies, eye sensitivity, and lash history. Failure to disclose relevant medical or allergy information may result in adverse reactions, and Lashed by Lese is not liable for issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete disclosures.

Before and after photos may be taken for your client record and may be used for marketing purposes unless you opt out in writing. Lash map images are stored securely as part of your client profile.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Lashed by Lese and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.

Lashed by Lese is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the appointment in question.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
